morning PT: 100 jumping jacks, 3x10 step ups, 5kg bicep curls 3x10, 7.5 kg squats and lunges 3x10, 6kg shoulder press x10, 5kg shoulder press 2x10, arabesque stretch 2x30s, scorpion 2x10s. +random leg raises.

afternoon bazgym: straight jumps, tuck jumps, straddle jumps, cartwheels, rounddoffs, handstands and walk up handstands 2x1min, backwalks, backtucks on bar, failed straight b tosses, mighty many abs exercises, pushups 3x10+5.

evening stunts: 5 rounds half court, random stretching, shoulder sit squats 3x10, shoulder stand lunges and squats 3x10, elevator retake x5, extension, liberty x2, toss to hands+extension+failed landing
